Rise Restaurant at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore

No Singapore trip is complete without visiting it's famous landmark, the Marina Bay Sands.  The hotel is huge and it makes us dream of staying there one day.  We made reservations for buffet lunch at Rise Restaurant which was at the lobby of Marina Bay Sands and we were quite pleased that the place wasn't (yet) crowded when we arrived.

Rise restaurant's lunch buffet costs S$52 per person (or P1,820 per person).  They serve a wide variety of international cuisine, from fresh seafood and sushi to pasta and roast meats.  The floor-to-ceiling windows, aptly spaced tables, modern art and greenery makes Rise the perfect setting for having a meal with loved ones and friends.

If there's one thing I like about being early, it's being able to get a table with a good view

With my favorite food and travel buddy, Mickey

Our lovely table for two

When travelling, Mickey and I always like boosting our immune system with a good balanced meal with fruits, whether fresh or in the form of freshly squeezed juices!  You can order a refreshing glass for S$12 each (or P420 per glass) at Rise, we ordered Watermelon and Orange!  It's a treat from the heat outside.

Someone's happy with the food!

It's such a good experience having lunch at Rise.  I've always loved service that goes beyond expectations.  Say hello to Jenny, she took care of us during lunch at Rise, making sure we were comfortable and always attentive to our needs.  Thank you Jenny!  If you ever find yourself at Rise Restaurant, please say Hi to Jenny for me.

Fancy trying a hotel restaurant that has a buffet selection?
