After opening their first branch in Eastwood City in 2016, Annam Noodle Bar once again brings the vibrant streets of Saigon this time to their newest location at Resorts World Manila, Pasay City. This time, introducing a revamped menu and bringing new and exciting rice dishes.
The new rice dishes are greatly influenced by Vietnam's unique street food - broken rice. Annam's contemporary rice dishes uses a long grain variety, embodying both Vietnamese and Filipino flavors and ingredients featuring various meat and seafood toppings in each dish. The new plates include Crispy Pork Chop with classic Vietnamese steamed egg meatloaf, Twice Cooked Australian Beef Brisket with Imperial Roll, Fried Fish Fillet in Tomato Turmeric Sauce with Prawn Sugarcane and Sautéed Pork Belly with Prawns and Fried Egg. In addition, Annam has introduced a unique Vietnamese classic, the Shaking Beef in Pepper Hoisin Sauce. The dish is served with thick cut fries.

Those who like Annam's noodles will be delighted with the new recipes such as Soy Braised Chicken Noodle with Crispy Wonton and Mekong Prawn Roll, and Bun Chai Hanoi (grilled marinated pork patty and pork belly with a side of crispy Mekong Prawn roll).

Also famed for their Bahn Mi, Annam has created three new exciting flavors - Twice cooked Australian Beef Brisket, Crispy Fried Turmeric Chicken and Smoked Salmon with Tofu and Cream Cheese - all topped with Vietnamese pickles, chicken pate and fresh herbs. Annam's Bahn Mi is perfect when paired with their signature Vietnamese coffee made from Robusta coffee beans.

New on Annam's small plate dishes - the refreshing Pomelo Salad with Prawns, Chicken and Assorted Crackers, the moreish Crispy Chicken Bites with Sriracha Mayonnaise, and Banh Bao Buns - steamed buns stuffed with caramelized pork belly, egg, cucumber and scallions. The Caramelized Crispy Chicken Wings returns with a new and improved recipe.

A new selection of thirst quenching beverages made with vibrant tropical fruits include the Mango Pineapple Sparkling, Passion-Soursop Sparkling and Lime-Lychee Sparkling. Need a caffeine boost? Try the Salted Caramel-Banana Iced Coffee and the Pandan-Red Bean Iced Milk Tea.

The new All Day Breakfast Set features new dishes inspired by some favorite Filipino breakfast meals, made with a twist. The breakfast options include Crispy Spam, Caramelized Pork Belly with Fried Egg, Corned Beef with Twice Cooked Beef Brisket and Egg, and a Caramelized Pork Belly Omelet. All these dishes are served on top of scrumptious crispy fried coconut rice croquette served on a hot plate. The Breakfast Set comes with a choice of Viet coffee, lotus tea or tsokolate for Php 250.00
Annam also introduces their buddy set meals great for sharing available from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays. Indulge with a choice of two appetizers, choice of two pho noodles and two drinks in the Phenomenal Buddy Meal for Php 999.00 or enjoy two appetizers and drinks with an option of a pho noodle and banhmi in the Pho-filling Bahndle Meal for Php 899.00.
The weekday Value Lunch Set includes Fresh Southern Rolls, a choice of Chicken or Beef Slice Pho, and a drink for Php 350.00. Take an afternoon break with the Viet CaPhe Teatime Set that includes a drink with an option of any Banh Mi (Php 200.00), Fried Chicken Wings with thick cut fries (Php 200.00) or a dessert for Php 180.00.
