During our recent trip to Baguio, Mickey and I had breakfast everyday at Everything Nice Cake Shop and Cafe. For two days, we both ordered the same thing on the menu. The dishes that we ordered were simple but delicious!
We sat at the far end of the restaurant where there's a view of the tall Baguio pine trees and where we can feel the cool breeze through the open window.

I ordered the Baguio Longganisa. It's served with your choice of 6 pieces or 12 pieces of small-sized garlicky Baguio longganisa (I chose six), with two eggs and balatinaw rice. This rice variety is organically grown and is a product of hours of pounding, which maked it a bit more expensive than ordinary varieties. Just in case you want to bring some home, you can buy balatinaw rice at the local Baguio market for about PHP 90 per kilo.
Mickey ordered the Best Filipino Corned Beef. Sauteed corned beef with onions served with two eggs and balatinaw rice.
For drinks, we always order a pitcher of refreshing Raspberry Iced Tea
