Most recently, Wilmer Lopez celebrated his 20th year of living the dream as an Interior Designer and the 15th year anniversary of his design firm, W. Lopez Designs.
His mid-century modern furniture store, Space Encounters was filled with friends who celebrated his design journey. Truly, Wilmer is one of the country's greatest design minds.
Here is a timeline of Wilmer's design journey:
Wilmer also showed me his design book filled with photographs of his projects, beautiful designs
and inspirations. The book will available to the public soon, so watch out for that!

My husband Mickey, makes his first appearance on my blog :)
I just had to take a photo of his funky Paul Smith shoes!
At Wilmer's party, Mickey had this Rega system set-up. This was also his official launch as an Audio System Consultant - for Analog, Digital and Home Theater systems - which is really a well-loved hobby of his.
He also brought vinyl (yes people, vinyl is back!) and CD's from our home collection
and played DJ at the event.
