The New Nescafé Dolce Gusto Drop

I can still remember when the first Nescafé Dolce Gusto machines came out back in 2011.  I absolutely loved the way it was designed, it was futuristic-looking, it makes you think "what is it?".  The design was so good, I remember, it won a "Red Dot" award.  The “Red Dot”, is the revered international seal of outstanding design quality.

Recently, Nescafé launched the latest addition to the Nescafe Dolce Gusto Collection, The Nescafé Dolce Gusto Drop.  It's unique and modern design takes inspiration from a coffee droplet, it is easily operated by touchscreen technology and is engineered in Switzerland.

With my blogger friends Phya and Chessika

From manual coffee machines such as the Piccolo, Circolo and Oblo, to the automatic coffee machines such as the Genio, Melody 3 and Mini Me, one thing is certain, they are all designed like modern day art pieces that create café style coffee for your home or office.

The launch was hosted by producer and renowned lifestyle TV host, Daphne Osena-Paez and co-hosted by Consumer Marketing Manager for Dolce Gusto, Jiggy Cruz.

The Nescafé Dolce Gusto Drop can make café style hot or cold coffee drinks under half a minute
and, it can also make tea!

Phya chooses a drink, the Chococino, and we put the Nescafé Dolce Gusto Drop to the test

In four easy steps, the Nescafé Dolce Gusto Drop can produce hot or cold coffee: simply pick a flavor, choose a desired level.  Each capsule indicates the level that you should select and press on the touch screen panel (located in front of the machine), put your coffee or tea cup under the machine and enjoy your coffee or tea.

It tastes good as well!

For those who want the precision of capsules, this is an improvement of their previous machines in terms of ease of use.  At P9,999.00 it is a perfect addition in your kitchen or as a gift this Christmas to your coffee loving family and friends.  And with 10 Dolce Gusto flavors (capsules) available in the market, it is definitely worth considering buying one.  It is available in leading supermarkets.
